2 The international scientific and practical conference The Musin Readings. 2024. Relevant Tasks of Energy Law and the Contemporary Legal Science took place on April 4, 2024, at Pavilion No. 46 of the Exhibition of Achievements of National Economy within the framework of the Russia international exhibition and forum; the conference was dedicated to the 85th anniversary of Valery A. Musin, who made an invaluable contribution to the development of the Russian legal science, personnel training.

5 The conference started with the welcoming speech of State Secretary, Deputy Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation, Anastasia B. Bondarenko, who suggested the Musin Readings 2024 to be held in the Energy of Life pavilion of the Ministry of Energy of Russia.

31 Results of the 1st stage of the All-Russian Contest of Scientific Publications of Young Specialists of the Fuel and Energy Complex and Young Scientists were announced during the Musin Readings 2024, the contest participants were awarded
32 Members of the Commission on Energy Law and Development of Laws in the Fuel and Energy Complex were awarded during the opening part of the Musin Readings.
33 Students and colleagues of Valery A. Musin, famous and young scientists, specialists of energy companies, representatives of government authorities, judicial community, social organizations, practicing lawyers, postgraduate students, degree-seeking students took part in the Musin Readings 2024.
34 Participants of the Musin Readings discussed the most relevant tasks of energy law and the contemporary legal science including tendencies of further establishment of energy law of the Eurasian Economic Union, BRICS+, friendly countries, relevant tasks of gas law; nuclear law; oil law; electrical energy law; contemporary tendencies of development of corporate governance and digitalization in energy companies; novelties of procurement activities in the fuel and energy complex; development of special energy arbitrations; reviews of the practice of dispute resolution in the energy sphere; tendencies of state regulation and control (supervision) in the energy sphere and much more.
